  • Please note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • Standard shipping charges: ₹99 (for orders below ₹999).

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) charges may apply.

🚚 Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account on our website.

📩 Issues With Delivery

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us at support@theurbanbhandar.com within 48 hours of delivery attempt.

  • We will assist you with replacement or refund as per our return policy.
